Walks must be cancelled 24 hours in advance, or the full price of the walk will be charged.

Before any group walk, all pups will be observed in an evaluation walk. I check leash skills, reactivity and comfort. 

Please let me know in advance if you would like to observe the evaluation.

Rabies vaccination is required for every service, and all group walks require vaccinations to be fully current. Pups joining a hike also need up-to-date flea and tick prevention.

If your pup is missing any of these, let's talk — we can usually find a safe arrangement.

Same-day and short-notice requests are accepted when I have room, and are treated as best-effort rather than guaranteed. A $10 fee will be applied.

Monday through Friday: 8am to 6pm. Saturday – Sunday: 1pm to 6pm. Special hours are sometimes accommodated.

All walks are scheduled within a two hour time window.

I walk and hike rain or shine as long as your pup is comfortable. I cancel only in extreme conditions (severe storms, dangerous heat), and you're not charged when I do.

A set of keys is required before your first walk, unless they are left in a lock box or with a door person. All keys are kept locked and secure when not in use.

Every dog is required to wear a collar with an ID tag showing their name and a direct contact number when they step out of their home.

In line with ASPCA guidance, I also strongly recommend your dog is licensed and microchipped.
